Because I believe that HR matters. I believe that what Operations is for a manufacturer (taking raw materials and creating a finished product), HR should be for all companies (taking employee potential and creating employee results). I believe that HR professionals can do a heck of a lot better than we are currently doing. I believe that I am going to do it. And this blog is going to give all of us the direction how.
